Most jobs that are ordered as factory match (this matches the new leather interior to the original colour of the cloth seats) take about 4 business days to complete - this does not include the day it was ordered. If you are ordering a custom built leather it will take 2 to 3 days longer because it has been made to your specifications from the roll. When the vehicle is originally booked we schedule an appointment to come out to the dealership and remove the seats and any other interior components that require covering in new leather, the vehicle then stays at the dealership - we find it easier to remove the interior than shuttle the cars around. Once the seats have been recovered in Katzkin they are brought back to the dealership and reinstalled with no extra kilometers added to the car.
